I felt the need to create a collage of pictures which could begin to visually demonstrate to you, the reader what moments of time were like for me in prison.
Of course, please try to understand that reading and viewing something like this on a computer screen is educational and important. but you can leave the computer at any time. You can go get a snack, call a friend, watch your favorite show, pet your dog.
Inside there is no escaping the nightmare and the hell that is your miserable existance every day of your life.
Every day takes a little bit more of your humanity away from you. Makes you more bitter, angry, animalistic. You see more violence, more oppression. You hate people more and more.
You feel isolated and forgotten more and more. It never gets better, it always gets worse. There is no bottom to how bad things can get.
Whatever horror you can imagine, exists, and you will likely see it inside depending on where you’re at.
